Yeah, will be coincidence - Mt Hardy isn’t part of Peake/TNG any more. But very funny timing - could also be due to shared directorships, needing to review the announcements before they could go to the ASX.
Although I suspect the TNG one is for a CLC agreement. So that would have to announce as soon as it happened anyway.
