If someone has the desire they will pick it up cheap but they need to have a decent track record or be well connected to get the markets intrest and raise the funds required.

SL Vein selling cheap for $2000 a ton, I think the battery grade would go for $6-8000 a ton and then the graphene potential. All in costs of production would be low I would imagine.
Opportunity for someone to realise FGRs old business strategy, or for another shell to pick up the leases and wrap it into a deal with an emerging graphene tech company, a lot to like about the team and structure of flexegraph.
