Well this will be very interesting to see what the "proposed acquisition" is,
I would also like to know how LGR are going to pay for any acquisition when they only have $5k in cash reserves, I am surprised we are not in a Trading Halt to raise capital when the company is expecting to spend $125k for the current QTR.
