Not a good thing Idj, these guys need to get there act together, If you get no answer soon, put in an ASIC complaint. I had a company go in to a halt and then over 2 years and closer to 3 they relisted in Canada, it turned out ok but S/H were not keeped in the loop.
It seems strange, and you with your legal connections should find out WTF is happening. S/H need information and not silence.
