Al of us not selling a single share, on HC, will make it fine .... right!

Solution; CR must be done at the minimum of twenty cents up, at ten cents this is providing a sell out of IP at peanuts, although it may be a case of beggars cannot be choosers; that is : company gets breathing space to next year!
Twenty cents for 25 mill shares or ten cents for 25 mill shares, what’s the maths on that one!

Seriously revamp or supersede CodeRed, its whole viability under a cloud.

Consider scaling down lesser priorities and fully concentrate on the most likely ones to obtain roi soonest.
