BOD seriously need to address the viability of CodeRed, 3 CR and 10 mill debt facility since then.
Absolutely need to address this with a new viable plan forward, can be as brutal as they wish, at least be honest, this has become a ‘pig in the poke’ investment, how on earth can they expect any creditably.
Over 50% down from last CR, what on earth will the new CR sp be, it can’t be at current sp surely!
Guess we can rule out any co-partnership deals with upfront fees in the immmediate future.
