Although the covenant details has not been discussed, anyone can assume one of them must be related to cash balance. With 4.4 mil balance, 2 mil per month net cash outflow, they knew they need the new cash injection very very soon. I wonder why they did not announce cr along with 4c and let the sp decimate by half.
I can only speculate they advise the covenant breach to PFG and this time PFG didn’t grant them the waiver.
