prior to enterting into a fincnaing facility - any exsisting liens must be extinguished ........
this is fin 101 ......
if the company gets 20m @ 15c - it would be a VERY GOOD DEAL FOR THE COMPANY ..........
hopefully - they can get it away..
i (personally) still don't see "value" .....but that's just imho.
