Agreed - interesting timing given the amount of cash they're currently sitting on. If there is as much interest as Gary implies with LOXL2, I would have expected there would be some more cash in the form of an upfront payment that would be likely to arrive towards year-end. Two questions:
- What is the cash needed for so urgently? (or)
- Is this insurance against a poor partnership deal for LOXL2?

Either way, issuing more shares at 30c doesn't suggest a whole lot of confidence from the Board / management that the share price is undervalued.

Hopefully we'll all be surprised and there is more to it than meets the eye.
