Good news by the initial look of it.
Bigger picture, I think that this is another anecdote from the Sector that despite what the market is currently pricing Cu and Cu miners at, there is a supply crunch coming and Sector participants are scooping up a dwindling number of development projects like hot cakes.
This transaction gets added to a now extensive list of Cu M&A over the last 12 months. Not many quality projects remaining.
