Very unlikely to be a CR - if it were, ASX would of made them state as such. Also, we literally just had one and AB1 definitely do not need anymore cash.

I would assume it is a bigger company coming in that likes AB1's intellectual property (IP), and can see the revenue they could gain by partnering up. Most likely on a new mobile game/app.

This will be a big announcement I suspect - AB1 are really starting to make a big name for themselves.
