Sounds like it may need SH approval.

Judging by the reaction on the market yesterday I can't imagine there is a discount to the market price on offer. Looking at other deals AB1 has done it's rarely a straight cash for shares deal. It's usually involved stock swaps and contingent milestones.

AB1 are certainly building up their warchest at present.
