Its normally drilling that is the most expensive part of the DFS and good to see they are doing more.
Although I was very surprised to see they called the last resource ‘measured’ – the highest level of confidence – given there was hardly any drilling at either end of the reported resource and no close spaced drilling or diamond drill twinning to check short range variability which is pretty standard industry practice. They also show interpreted faulting and truncation to wide barren gneiss zones between drill holes so I presume they don’t really know where the faults are or the barren zones end.
I guess that’s why there is infill drilling planned now after it's already all been called measured.
