A copy of Dr Olivier's dissertation and quite a decent one at that on a then unstudied subject. I can vouch that the fellow is well deserving of his academic record. Business performance and decisions are fair game in discussions but I think the thread is a bit off if it is questioning a fellow's published academic credentials.
