I am bullish about this business .
However we have to have realistic expectations .
The play looks very good if their well researched expectations come to fruition .
They were able to buy acreage cheaply because it was in a part of the play that was considered to be not so prospective .
They hope to validate their productivity predictions with the up coming drilling program .
Any one who has been involved with drilling knows there are big risks involved with that .
It is extremely unlikely that the wells are not commercial but there is always a possibility that they may not meet expectations .
I am surprised how well the SP has advanced given the big increase in shares and shareholders from the take overs .
The new CR at 22 % below the last closing share price will inevitably result in some profit taking but hopefully that is counteracted by the story being more widely circulated .
However we could see a SP retreat from the recent price before moving higher .
The extremely low gas prices and present pipeline capacity makes comparisons of plays in different basins on a $ per acre basis tricky .
Canadian LPG export terminals and new pipelines will greatly help but these projects are still a few years away .
On balance looks to me a good investment going forward .
