Hey PB, I am hearing you about the school of hard knock and reality.
They still had 1.7m in the last q so a cr is not necessary just yet but mind you the later they leave it the worse it gets, ( under 1m ).
Meagher is switched on and hopefully will give existing sh's the opportunity to participate unless he can access a large investor without the fees and within the interests of current sh's.
I think this will be very possible given good results.
I also think the SOO is still under 500m fully diluted so that is a lot to start with.
A favourable term jv partner?
Not long to wait now but I have also liked this for a while.
