Looks to me like they cant get it through ASX scrutiny - maybe making unjustifiable claims, or ASX is claiming that!!
No extention of TH is possible - if a company does not met ASX demands or provide arguments to counter them it goes into Suspension. Companies usually given some time to comply or seek voluntary suspension, which is better than getting chucked into jail.
My view is that this process should be transparent so we can see what they are arguing over.
