Bm couln't even start to build Poseidons existing infrastructure for $67mill...the offer is peanuts....
Pos appears to be trying to flush out other interested parties who would make higher offers or put forward financing in a similar way Kidman did...Kidman teased with a deal to use the POS plant and soon after ,along came a party interested in hooking up with Kidman......anything under 10c is a joke...
Bm has its foot in the door with its substantial shareholding purchased at 6c ps ..I'm just waiting for a new notice that would reflect Fridays big turnover....then the picture will become clearer.....
No formal deal had been put on the table to lock in POS from undertaking any other financing arrangements etc ....nothing signed ,sealed and delivered...so POS is still free to look at other proposals....
