To me its about the funding arrangement for the two remaining loans that in the last presentation were listed as under due dillegence.

The outside dark horse for me is a party coming in to form a joint venture most likely cancelling out the need for a loan from the 2 other parties.

I don't think its a bad announcement.

I think the recent lowish volume sell down is more to do with resource and small cap sector sentiment rather than anything else and I highly doubt instos would of poured 16 odd million bucks in If they had their doubts about project viability or a bad finance ann coming in the space of a month or so.

It doesn't really seem right to be all cheerful and happy days at the Maylasia opening and then have the finance pulled from beneath your feet a week later.

Anyway we will wait and see.
