Look at the expiry date of the stara planina licence:
25th August 2018
as per page 119 of the prospectus
I would be guessing considering the timing of this halt - 29th August - and the word "status" I am thinking they don't currently have the licence renewed - as there has been no announcement as such recently that I can see relating to the renewal of the licence
If this is the reason and there is a delay while they wait for licence renewal - then that is just terrible management and incompetence
Only speculating but just trying to do some detective work
Surely this is not the reason for the halt??
