    I note your reference to management's approach as careful and methodical.

    Just looking at the chart, do you think the recent and current capital raising have been carried out at careful and methodical times?

    For your convenience, below is a 3 year chart.

    My view is that a careful and methodical time to do capital raising would be practically any time over the last 28 months other than right now? What's your view on this?
