Had Magnis not been in a TH for the last raise they probably would have sunk to 38 cents due to the biggest crash we have seen for a few years. So imo 40 cents was a premium.

Regarding the ban on concentrates I can only go from what Magnis has stated. As I have said it was never corrected or withdrawn and I am sure people like you wrote to the ASX asking for clarification. IMO Magnis gave that clarification which is why it has stood. Otherwise it would have been retracted.
