I know this is a pointless argument but it’s hard to let these things go. I don’t know how you can claim the last raise was at a premium.

The stock was trading at 43+. While the raise was being put together, the company and investors alike knew it was trading at 43+. The issue was at 40. Nobody was to know about the impending market crash, and even still, the issues this caused in completing the said raise are well documented.

There’s just no need for you to make insinuations that are so blatantly incorrect.
