Maybe wishful thinking but based on the details of the announcement, i don't think further dilution/cap raise will happen.
Hoping phase 3 is below buget.
Mind you, i thought based on previous announcements stating as such, we were going to be getting debt financing for phase 3.
If they do require further funding, Cedric has pretty much miscalculated on every single thing he but hos name to. I hope for our sakes he finally got something right.
