    The fact that SDL are not in a trading halt would indicate that they are either not aware or doesn't have anything to do with them.

    They have mentioned in the announcement that it is a "possible business acquisition" possible not probable. Don't know whether this means they have not approached the other vendor/SDL officially and or they have not received a response to their approach.
