Hopefully i dont get howled down on here for putting this out there but two other scenarios may well play out here :

1) the '3rd party' Justyn mentioned in the AGM who have been a part of the construction team on site are behind this and it relates to (say) payment for goods or service etc; or

2) this is why Shearwood has been selling down and he has some frivolous law suit against the company - which may explain his sell off

If it is indeed the greenies, im not quite sure how it will go for them - all LCK have done is drilled dozens of bores on the site and commissioned some above ground kit - all under approval and regulation from the SA Government - and while i am no lawyer - i dont see how the company has committed a crime - the issue is with the SA Government Regulations and Approval of the project.
