If it is indeed the greenies, im not quite sure how it will go for them - all LCK have done is drilled dozens of bores on the site and commissioned some above ground kit - all under approval and regulation from the SA Government - and while i am no lawyer - i dont see how the company has committed a crime - the issue is with the SA Government Regulations and Approval of the project.

Further - Justyn also categorically said at the AGM that the '3rd party' was not the Colonel Light Foundation nor ATLA

Justyn's credibility will be evidenced when Monday's announcement comes out ......
