I am thinking

500 million shares @ 0.006 to institutional investors. 300 million @ 0.006 to aquire drilling asset (small drilling operation). Currently onsite malamute. This will reduce overall burn rate of money.

However this is unlikely to inspire the market. SP will see a small rise to 0.01-0.012 range, but the sell off from institutional investors and drilling operator in the range or 0.008-0.012 will see the SP return to 0.004-0.006 range within months if not weeks as they will try to get a quick return and de-risk their investment.

The next decent SP increase will only come if they hit pay dirt.
