Holy molly what a no brainer this is ,,$2.5 mill spend for $40 m,ill free cashflow in the first year !!!
That $1 mill lent to Polymetallica would be first in line surely , and the security gaurds at the office doors fending off the crowds of bankers ,investors , and every other gold digger would be just throwing the money in faster than they can count it ,,rofl ,,am i missing something ?? lol.
