    tried hard to find the reason but gave up - didn't make much sense to me...

    well, I cannot think of anything negative - probably a Please Explain of some sort by the ASX? But if that is the case, it would have stated so "... in reply to the ASX demand" or something... so cannot think of that as a possibility...
