I honestly don't think they're worried about making the raise look good ,just need to get it out of the way in the most non dilutive way possible so they can focus on the business opportunities at their feet.
Brian Miller seems really straight to me , news will come when it comes , but he's not there for a job or to fill in his time , he wants to build a much bigger company and multibag this . I'm backing him to do it . Hasn't put a foot wrong so far.
