It is not a capital raising - it would've mentioned if they needed capital. they already did a bond raising so have enough funds.
It is probably a change in strategic direction, perhaps it could be mixed/neutral, it could be them chasing new business areas as announced, or a problem with their existing business or arrears after a deep review, or ceasing hospitality lending for transport lending, or a combination of somthing like this.
