I can't see why this SQM announcement would make SQM shares rise so much so quickly as now they have a major shareholder who are also competitors.
There must be another reason.
I was very surprised that the Wardens Court told a KDR shareholder the outcome before any publication.
Who else knew the outcome before publication?
Massive buying into KDR and SQM in the last few days.
This is a positive outcome for KDR out of the wardens court now and forever now in the hands of the mining minister to make a definitive decision including forfeiture.
What I do see from the SQM announcement is that Tianqi KDR SQM are not going to be playing happy families in Lithium Valley caring and sharing.
