I was refering to IPO's generally and most IPOs being liquidity strategies for seed to cash out of their investments, generally at a premium to what the company is really worth. As can be seen with IBX never getting over IPO price and getting sold into straight away.
In hindsight I should have dumped 1/2 my seed @ 20c with the rest of them and moved on from IBX for a couple of years, but I really like the Tech and wanted to hold full position
I agree that the goal is not to generate revenue but to bring the tech successfuly through trials but was making the point that when the company doesn't have any revenue it would be good to see some restraint in spending at least
