too late ladies, these cheap rights shares are going massively to insiders.

So now we know there is a shortfall as expected and we know that BBM wanted 1.1B shares at 6.0c before and we know Forrest is the 100% underwriter. We also know that the BOD & Dennis have taken up ALL of their rights & even the chairman advised ASX he will be converting his performance rights into shares also

zebster called for BBM/Forrest to end up with 50-60%, I called 60-75% and we will find out on Monday as the onmarket price dropped below the rights price and the nickle price dropped during this period.

Forrest, BBM & Dennis will be rubbing their hands with glee. All those cheap shares the retailers ignored is now all theirs. This massive insider buying is a dog whistle which I can hear loud and clear.

POS share register just got a lot lot tighter and its balance sheet got a lot lot stronger.
I wonder why?
