In my view going from "well funded" to a CR in five days is already misleading and deceptive unless there is a genuinely left-field development to explain it. If management were to piggy-back the results onto a bolt-out-of-the-blue CR as well they would surely have to show cause why they shouldn't be sanctioned for their conduct.
I believe the only way they could get away with concurrent release of the US Smartcough-C2 (or sleep apnoeia) results at the same time as the capital raising would be to initially request an extension to the halt, followed by separate announcements for the CR and the results.
