My thoughts exactly. People can say "why not wait until the sp is higher after results". I don't think those folks get that this is all risky (for management too). This is a sound way to mitigate those risks and make sure we are in a reasonably solid financial position however the results land. Could be what we need to make commercialisation a little easier. With US results, Sllep Apnea, adult trials etc all pending, we may need as much cash on hand to get the app out there without being tempted by lowball offers and pressure from the big players looking to get the tech for a bargain price. Rap is still a little fish in an ocean of big game predators. Will need as much capitol as it can get to see this thing through and not get swallowed up along the way.
