Well the deal was always mispriced for TAW holders IMO - a discount should have been applied to allow for the difference in SP at AMAL and TAW. The basis for the merger seemed wobbly right from the start to me. Bad luck to holders - but that was an obvious red flag right at the start - no matter what sort of excitement was portrayed on HC.
