I have no faith in this merger. I also have no faith in the TAW board either.
I also have no faith in the “advisors” that the TAW board have been using. How much has that cost shareholders?
The only thing I think that this has proven is that Mark Calderwood and his board are not the people to take Tawana or the merged entity (if it gets up) forward. No corporate nouse whatsoever.
I feel embarrased to even be a shareholder.
