with great fear of this becoming a distraction ...my understanding is that this is a beneficial arrangement and I would prefer this to not be tested/untangled in court with a hostile third party - done with this.

To me the investment decisions here are about the future. I just have to ask myself if I 'trust' the BOD to come back to ASX, or not? Each shareholder will have to make their own choice.

I cannot see any reason for the AMAL side not to vote yes today over there, and I wrote a point about CPF investment opportunities for the merged entity in another post. The CPF opportunity is my temporary 'silver lining' here.
