they announced at least one strategic partner for this year. however the terms of the partnership is not disclosed and we are not sure whether it would generate immediate revenue. the announcement last month said they had funds for another 12 months so this CR announcement just caught some people by surprise, including me. Im kinda annoyed by the large discount too - 22.22%, last time the SP was in that 0.035c range was back in October 2017. After that the SP has been ranging between 0.04 and 0.088 so I was hoping it would be better than 0.035c.
one poster said it would be used for the following: they will have about $6.3M of cash and cash equivalents after the raising.
I will probably buy a few more on the dip. Good luck to all.
