The material Silicon-Oxide (SiOx) is fab friendly, I get that and it's a fact.
However, the ReRam Technology Weebit is offering to the market needs to be proven and qualified for fabrication which Weebit aims to complete in Q4 2020.
Having fab friendly material / ingredients will help accelerate the process.
I can tell you that if Weebit had a Qualified Fab ReRam chip we would not be on $0.045.
