Would be very disappointed in a 50c cap raise.
It would be very opportune for a cornerstone partner to come on board now at say 19%. Think Robert Friedland. Someone coming in now @ 20% would get a board pos. but at what price do you give 20% of the company away for? Surely a company with a potential (at todays price of V2O5) $1.3+++ NPV and an IRR 43%+++ will attract a big premium.
Even at 70c very rough calculation $10m would get you after the wash out 20% of the company.
