iSignthis Ltd (ASX:ISX) requests an immediate trading halt in respect of its shares (ASX code: ISX). For the purposes of
ASX Listing Rule 17.1, iSignthis provides the following information;
• a trading halt is necessary as iSignthis expects to make an announcement to the ASX shortly in relation
to a capital raising;
• iSignthis requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of a release of an announcement by
iSignthis and commencement of normal trading on 1st October 2018; and
• iSignthis is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.
