    Just read the announcement:

    "In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests an immediate trading halt on its securities
    (MX1) pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising."

    Clearly states that they are seeking cash, but not as yet from whom.
