They went into TH prior to announcing the license approval earlier this year. The finance is unlikely to be preceded by a TH as it is now pretty much just a binary announcement. So it could be related to anything from the outcome of their own damages counterclaim in KSA to a new JV with the MDO. That's the funny thing about Alara, nothing much ever seems to be happening on the surface, but when you dig a little deeper there's always loads of sub-plots going on.
