    Loser companies consolidate, wining companies buy back ( just like S32).
    Consolidating is an easy way out for incompetent management.
    These directors and chair people just keep adding more and more shares to their registers, then it's "what happened" attitude.
    They end up holding worthless billions of shares that no one will touch (MXR for example).
