Probably why the verbal P&A  text was withdrawn. The form DM-4r is needed to be completed Prior to commencement of work.

We may be looking at an announcement along the lines of the following on Friday.

P&A of BP. ( hope not)

B55 Going and ready to be Flowing.

Big Tex a discovery that could be producing in under 4 months.

And if BP is P&A,  and no further capital outlay is needed for  BP, a brought forward plan for other GOM assets with those funds that may have been needed to develop BP.

Anyway, it will be what it will be, and as there doesn't seem to be a  rush of share selling line up by any of the Oel, BYE, or Mel shareholders as yet, and we may be still looking at a long overdue revised upward share price for Oel.
