Hi,
The above is a routine process which have to be followed by all drilling companies. Nothing unusual about that. As they were drilling into high pressurised zones they asked for a verbal approval just in case. The latest update states clearly that this verbal approval was for contingency only and has been withdrawn by the company. So at this stage it is not P&A.
