    For what it is worth I believe it relates to ALK.


    TRY needs cash to fast track its drilling and to convert it's reserves. ALK is seeking to make an investment.


    Management may believe it will be faster and more efficient to develop their reserves and upgrade their mill by bring in an investment partner than to do it by itself.


    Will wait and see.
